In addition the customer service was very responsive as I had an issue with the remote battery not working and they responded in less than a day with a replacement, no hassle whatsoever. Wow! The Golfpod is the answer to my prayers. While at the driving range, trying to balance my iphone on top of my golf bag in order to get a video of my golf swing, I finally had enough. I could never get a decent video that included the whole swing showing my many swing flaws and actually stayed where I put it.
Now, I get a full frame shot (both vertical and horizontal), at the correct height and width.
When my online golf coach said that he could not use any of the videos of my golf swing, I knew that I needed something much better.
When I saw the promotion video of Golfpod, I ordered one right away. Skeptical of quality and functionality of some online products, I had no issues when my Golfpod arrived. It is light weight and fits in a convenient carrying bag (that can also fit in the side pocket of my gold bag). The legs extends enough to capture the full height of my swing. While made of a hard plastic material, it is very sturdy and key parts are made of metal. It has telescopic legs that extend to get a good height. My phone snaps into a secure holder and can be moved to either a vertical or horizontal configuration.
I simply cannot say enough kudo's for this wonderful product. It has helped my see the problems with my setup; showed my inconsistencies with my swing plane; and confirmed that I was truly guilty of an "over the top" swing.
After just one week of using the Golfpod with my phone, I have made a 100% improvement in my setup, my takeaway, and follow though. THANK YOU, Golfpod!

I had a similar product but it had to be fastened to a directional stake with all kinds of tape to make it fit properly. A real pain in the butt. Yours is so easy to set up and move to down the line or any other viewing angle. It’s stable in any position, wind or no wind. Haven’t even tried the Bluetooth yet! That should be a real treat. Very pleased!!

Best golf tripod I have used. Love how compact it is - easily fits in my bag. My GolfPod blew over in the wind during a range session and the phone holder broke. GolfPod promptly sent me a replacement. However, I have found a better phone holding adapter that I have interchanged on to the unit. Would recommend this product.

Great tripod. Solid design. A little hard to stretch the camera holder open if in a hurry but with two hands is fine. The feet are not able to rotate the way I would like when the pod is locked in place but that is minor.

Before GolfPod I’d try to balance my phone on my golf bag. Bad plan. The phone moved all over, and once the guy practicing next to me lobbed a divot that hit my phone. Also, the videos were long because I had to get the phone set, start videoing, run back to the ball, slow myself down, swing, and then run back to stop the video. I was wasting almost a minute of video and time trying to get a two-second clip.
GolfPod solves all that trouble. It’s easy to set up, and the handy Bluetooth remote saves time and energy. I’m looking forward to rebuilding my swing with real-time feedback thanks to GolfPod. My best Christmas gift - from me, to me.
