General Item Return Policy:

In most cases, items shipped from Golfpod can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or within 30 days of shipment if the delivery date cannot be traced. You will receive an email with the shipment date and other details of your order once it has been shipped. Some products may have different policies or requirements.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive the return shipping address and further instructions.

We offer a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Returns are accepted for the Golfpod Starter Pack or Pro Pack, provided the items are complete and undamaged. We do not accept returns on accessories alone (Phone holder, MagSafe holder, Bluetooth remote).

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Damaged Products:

Did your item arrive damaged or with missing parts? If so, you are protected and can file a claim. Please follow the procedure below:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product with a photo or video explaining the issue to request a replacement.
  2. We will review the claim and may contact you for further information.
  3. If approved, we will resend the damaged or missing item.

Product Returns:

If we request the return of the product, we will provide full instructions, including our return address. Please note that shipping costs will be at your expense. You will receive your full or partial refund once we have received and inspected the returned product.
