FAQ DELIVERY TRACKING
You can track your order by entering the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Visit our tracking page and enter your tracking number in the designated field to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.
We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) for the delivery of our packages. However, depending on specific circumstances, such as location or shipping method, we may also utilize other reputable courier services to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Please note that while USPS is our primary courier, there may be situations where an alternative courier is used to facilitate the delivery of your package. Rest assured that we work with trusted partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
For standard deliveries, parcels are typically delivered within approximately 8 days. However, in certain cases, parcels may experience longer transit times between distribution centers, resulting in delivery within 8 to 14 working days.
For priority deliveries, parcels are generally delivered within approximately 5 days.
However, there may be instances where parcels encounter longer transit times between distribution centers, resulting in delivery within 5 to 7 working days. If you have opted for priority delivery and 7 working days have passed since your parcel was dispatched, you can contact our customer service department for further assistance.
When you track your parcel using your tracking number, you get real-time information on the current location of your order. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated, particularly when moving between different processing centers or for local deliveries. If you notice that the location of your order has not been updated for some time (2-3 days), we recommend that you wait a little longer, as temporary delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Occasionally, orders may be routed through Grand Prairie, TX or Compton, CA. We want to provide you with some information regarding these parcel processing centers. It's important to note that these facilities are very large, which can occasionally lead to delays. Packages that pass through these centers undergo additional processing and security inspections, which may result in temporary delays. We understand that these delays can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you find that your parcel is currently at Grand Prairie or Compton, we kindly ask for your patience. In most instances, packages will resume their regular delivery route after approximately 7 days.
Furthermore, we would like to assure you that we make every effort to avoid routing packages through these two facilities whenever possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. It is important to double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during the checkout process.
