General Item Return Policy

In most cases, items shipped from Golfpod can be returned within 14 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Please contact us before returning an item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

Did your item arrive damaged or with missing part? If so you are protected and can make a claim, the procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 14 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video

explaining the issue to receive a replacement.

2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

3. If Approved, we will resend the item damaged or missing.

Products need to be returned. 

If we ask you to return the product we will give you full instructions including our address. Please note that the shipping costs are at your charge. You will receive your full/partial refund once we have received and checked the product. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
